I found the location very convenient. It was close to a subway station. The room was spacious and had city views. The breakfast included a variety of Asian and Western dishes, I was charmed. I was also able to store my luggage after check-out, that was great.

The staff did not disable the automatic curtains in the room. I did asked. They told me that it was impossible. Even with a do not disturb sign, they called to ask about cleaning. Late checkout was not possible, I was sad.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how they accommodated my wife's gluten intolerance at breakfast (i thought it was very thoughtful). The pool was large, clean, and relaxing. I also found the laundry facilities on level 16 to be very clean and efficient. It did a great job with our clothes.

The beds were a little firm. This firmness is standard in asia in my experience though (so I was not surprised). The hot water took a while to heat up in the showers. It took close to three or four minutes for it to get warm.
